Adult 1 tab once daily. May be increased to 2 tab daily as a single dose or in 2 divided doses. Elderly (>75 yr), patient w/ moderate to severe renal impairment (CrCl <20 mL/min) or intravascular fluid depletion 25 mg once daily.
Renal artery stenosis/renal impairment. Monitor signs of fluid & electrolyte imbalance especially if patient is vomiting or during parenteral fluid therapy.
C09DA01 - losartan and diuretics ; Belongs to the class of angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs) in combination with diuretics. Used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
